NativeBrowser™ is a free, web-based tool that lets you input key site conditions to create a customized list of native plant species suitable for the specified growing conditions.
This tool has been developed as an online interface to Cardno JFNew's proprietary web application, NativeSpec™.
NativeSpec™ contains an extensive database of native plants and seeds and categorizes them according to their preferred habitat and ecological conditions for multiple site factors.
NativeBrowser™ allows a specifier to select species from the NativeSpec™ database list by providing information on these project site conditions:
