The Cardno JFNew Native Plant Nursery is a business member of 1% for the Planet, a growing global movement of companies that donate 1% of their sales to a worldwide network of nonprofit environmental organizations. Started in 2001 by Yvon Chouinard, founder of Patagonia, and Craig Matthews, owner of Blue Ribbon Flies, 1% for the Planet includes more than 1,300 corporate members and 2,000 environmental nonprofits. To date 1% FTP has initiated more than $42 million in environmental giving.
