2011 Native Plant Nursery Open House

Join us for this one-day event to get a special look at the Cardno JFNew Native Plant Nursery. Staff will be showcasing our production facilities and highlighting some of the latest practices in environmental restoration, native landscape installation, and sustainability.  We hope you can spend this day with us.

Nursery Tours
Staff will be providing one-hour tours of the nursery, tentatively scheduled for:
10:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:30 pm, and 3:00 pm.

Plant Sale
A selection of plants will be available for same day purchase.  Available species will depend on current availability.  If you want to order specific plant species, please place your order with the nursery sales team prior to Monday, July 25, and your plants will be ready for pickup at the open house.
 
Lunch
Complimentary lunch will be provided to all Open House guests, from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm. Please RSVP to help us plan accordingly.

Food Drive
Staff are collecting canned goods to benefit the Walkerton Community Food Pantry. Bring a canned good to donate and get a free native plant!
