Client Satisfaction Survey
To ensure that we continue to achieve a high level of satisfaction from our clients, Cardno JFNew conducts online and phone surveys. In 2009 we conducted more than 500 individual surveys, to gauge our overall level of client satisfaction. Last year our satisfaction rating was slightly more than 9.0 on a scale of 1 to 10. For four years now we have measured client satisfaction and have consistently received high ratings across all our office locations. We would greatly appreciate your feedback on our work.
