The Marketing Director's mission is to develop, manage, and lead a high performance marketing team to strenghen JFNew's brand as a leading ecological solutions firm, providing for continued and sustainable growth.

Priorities and Key Accountabilities include leading JFNew in meeting revenue growth goals, managing and coaching a marketing team, providing market data and strategy input, managing marketing consulting relationships, preparing and implementing an annual marketing plan and budget, and maximizing client satisfaction and retention through a pro-active client feedback system.  The Marketing Director will allocate marketing resources according to established one year goals, three year targets, and JFNew's long-term vision.  Responsibilities include leading the development and growth of JFNew consulting, restoration and nursery operations that includes 9 regional offices across 5 states through managing our client relationship system, producing high quality marketing materials, organizing resources for conferences, managing the JFNew website, managing proposal go/no go decisions and preparation, and insuring JFNew's processes and materials relative to sales, marketing, and contracting are disciplined and consistent throughout the organization.  Measurable metrics include reveue growth, new client development, client satisfaction and retention, proposal volume, winning percentage, and website data.  The Marketing Director will work closely with Regional Managers, nursery sales staff and regional sales representatives to understand needs and establish priorities relative to sales and client support.

Success in this position will require excellent organizational skills, communication skills and the ability to establish priorities and drive multiple tasks to completion.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in relevant field of study is required with practical marketing experience being more important than type of degree.  Interest or background in ecology or natural resources is preferred.  A minimum of five years of relevant experience including marketing and management is important for this position.
