Will Ditzler - President

Will Ditzler joined the company in 1992. In 2002 he became President and Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors. With more than 20 years of consulting experience in business development and management, Will provides strategic leadership, ensuring that the company's corporate mission is met.

Will works closely with clients and strategic partners to evaluate client needs, assemble project teams, and coordinate client relationships, particularly in projects involving large-scale ecological restoration, mitigation banking, wind power, and conservation easements.

Mike Lancioni - Vice President, Director of Services

Mike Lancioni leads Cardno JFNew's Services Team, which consists of four regions, nine regional offices, and more than 100 employees that provide consulting and ecological restoration services throughout the U.S., with an emphasis on the Midwest. Mike joined the company in 2002 as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, and moved into his current role in 2006. He brings more than 20 years of sales, marketing, management, and operations experience to the Cardno JFNew team.

Mike leads the development and implementation of the Services Team's strategic plan. He is also responsible for client relationship management and employee development and satisfaction. Mike assembles project teams, oversees client relationships, and coordinates the successful implementation of large projects. He serves on Cardno JFNew's Executive Management Team and Board of Directors.

Pam Zarazee - Strategic Human Resources Consultant

Pam Zarazee joined Cardno JFNew in 2006 as the company's first executive-level human resources director. Pam provides strategic human resources consulting to Cardno JFNew in the areas of recruiting, employee professional development and learning, benefits, compensation, employee safety and employee communication. She has been instrumental in creating a culture of high employee satisfaction and low turnover and for measuring and reporting employee satisfaction metrics. Pam takes part on the Cardno JFNew Executive Management Team.

In the fall 2009, Pam joined the Indiana University South Bend faculty as a Lecturer in Management and Human Resources. In addition, Pam is a member of the national and local Society for Human Resource Management.

Mark O'Brien - Vice President, Nursery Director

Mark O'Brien joined the company in 1999, and, after several years as the Sales Manager and Assistant Nursery Manager, became the nursery director in 2005. He leads the Cardno JFNew Native Plant Nursery, which consists of a team of full-time and seasonal employees and more than 175 acres of production fields and infrastructure. Mark brings more than 30 years of sales, business, and management experience to the Cardno JFNew team.

Mark leads the development and implementation of the nursery team's strategic plan and daily operations. He is also responsible for client relationship management and employee development and satisfaction. In addition to his role in nursery sales, client service, and operations, Mark is an avid proponent of native plants and has been involved in numerous native planting projects.

Mark serves on Cardno JFNew's Executive Management Team and Board of Directors.

Rob Wolfe - Vice President, Technical Services

Rob Wolfe provides technical oversight and expertise to Cardno JFNew's ecological consulting projects. A specialist in wetland and wildlife ecology, Rob joined Cardno JFNew in 1991 and serves as project manager or principal-in-charge on large projects. He has written numerous articles and conducted presentations on wetland regulations, sustainable development, and wetland mitigation banking.

Prior to joining Cardno JFNew, Rob earned a Master's of Science in wetland ecology from the University of Florida and then worked for the University of Georgia at the Department of Energy's Savannah River Ecology Laboratory. He holds certification as a Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) and is an active member of the Cardno JFNew Board of Directors.

Jon Dittmar - Vice President, Technical Services

Jon Dittmar provides technical oversight and expertise to Cardno JFNew's ecological restoration projects. He brings more than 20 years of natural resource experience to Cardno JFNew and a commitment to environmental stewardship. Jon provides pricing support for the most complicated and detailed restoration projects. He has managed or provided oversight on all U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-backed restoration projects. In addition, he is integral to the company's job site safety program.

Jon is active in numerous associations, is a founding member of the Fish Lake Conservancy District Board of Directors.

Stu Kogge - Vice President, Technical Services

Stu Kogge provides technical oversight and expertise to Cardno JFNew's wetland and regulatory services projects. He brings more than 24 years of wetland and 30 years of natural resource experience to Cardno JFNew. Stu assists in wetland assessments, delineations, mitigation designs, ecological restorations, endangered species surveys, and fisheries and aquatic assessments. He plays a key role in completing and resolving the most complex wetland and aquatic resource projects at the federal, state and local level.

Prior to joining Cardno JFNew, Stu worked for 15 years for the State of Michigan, his last few years as the statewide wetlands biologist for the (now) Michigan Department of Natural Resources and Environment. He is active in developing and teaching a wide variety of technical wetland and aquatic training classes for agency staff, local units of government, Cardno JFNew staff, and other interested parties.

John Richardson - Vice President, Technical Services

John Richardson has more than 20 years of experience in natural resources, including more than five years with the Federal government and over 15 years with Cardno JFNew. He is responsible for watershed, lake, and stream-related diagnostic, feasibility, and design studies, as well as construction management of water quality improvement projects. John conducts biological sampling, project feasibility assessments, landowner and agency negotiations, project design, project permitting, and construction oversight. He manages and implements large-scale stream and wetland consulting projects, including survey work, wetland delineations, permit applications, and mitigation design.

Prior to joining Cardno JFNew John was with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District. He opened and staffed the South Bend, Indiana, field office, annually completing hundreds of wetland determinations, delineations, permit compliance inspections, and enforcement actions.
